March is full of exciting planetary movements you’ll want to anticipate! We’ve got Mercury Retrograde in Pisces starting March 6th and Uranus re-entering Taurus on the 7th. Your Pisces house will get a big dose of dreamy imagination as well as potential overwhelm & confusion. Your Taurus house will get new flashes of energy, insight, and capacity for change! Come play with us to discover what vibes are in store for us collectively and how it affects you personally based on your birth chart.
From 10:30-11:30 the amazing Gabriela Ayala, loyal friend of the workshop, will be leading us in some very special Pisces themed gentle movement, breath work, and meditation. This will be a full 45 minutes moving with awareness of our breath with a short meditation at the end. This will tap us into parts of the body and energy that Pisces rules as well as an embodied practice to teach us some of the deeper meanings of what Pisces vibes has to offer.
You may come for the full 3 hours starting with movement at 10:30am or just arrive at 11:30am for the regularly scheduled workshop.
We will use embodied techniques inspired by Interplay, Theatre of the Oppressed, and other modalities that open us to our own body wisdom and intuitive intelligence. We will also call on the spirit of flower and gem essences to aid us. No previous knowledge of astrology required. Come ready to play and move in whatever way feels good. Entrance 1 is a side door to the studio entering from side walk,no steps. Enter from Dearborn St. The space is a converted garage so just knock on the door.
Entrance 2, come to the front entrance and walk through wooden gate to your right leading into the garden. Please don't knock or ring the doorbell. Walk through the mystical garden to the back of the house and you will see a small studio looking converted garage to the left of the chicken coop. It has a blue-ish door. There are beautiful chickens! There is a flight of stairs leading down to the studio space. Please come fragrance free!
